For logistics and warehouse buyers, 4×6 is only the basic size. Repeat orders depend on whether the barcode scans reliably, whether the label edges curl, and whether the printed surface smears during handling.

A warehouse may print thousands of labels a day. When a barcode cannot scan, sorting slows down and manual correction costs appear quickly. That is why buyers ask about print darkness, top coating, abrasion resistance, and image life.

Adhesive selection depends on the surface. Cartons, poly mailers, pallet wrap, cold storage packaging, and medicine boxes do not need the same glue. General adhesive, strong adhesive, removable adhesive, and freezer adhesive should not be treated as one product.

Label inquiries should go to Thermal Label. If the buyer asks for batch records or BPA/BPS statements, Quality Assurance and Compliance is the right supporting page.

Common buyer questions:

  • Will the barcode remain scannable after shipping?
  • Which adhesive is best for corrugated cartons?
  • Can your 4×6 labels work on Zebra printers?
  • Do you offer top-coated direct thermal labels?

Buying note: do not judge label samples only by whiteness. Test them on the actual packaging surface.
